Kelandy Faustino Diaz, better known as Kelandy Music, is a charismatic musician and songwriter hailing from Honolulu, Hawai‘i.  Inspired by a mix of Soul, Reggae, Pop, and Rock, Kelandy commands the stage with his catchy lyrics, smooth voice, and broad musical arsenal. His charismatic stage presence and engaging showmanship resonates with music lovers, concert goers, social media followers, and growing numbers of fans. Recognized as “a true entertainer” (Hawaii News Now, 2019), he captivates audiences with a voice that “has a way of keeping you tuned in from beginning to end” (Hawaii News Now, 2019). Noted as a powerful “new wave in island music” he has opened for reggae industry leaders like The Green, Common Kings, Tarrus Riley, and Sammy J, and collaborated with industry giants like grammy-nominated Josh Tatofi and Jawaiian music Godfather Fiji.  Kelandy’s music career started in 2010 with “HANG 11.” Since then, he has continued to make waves with his upbeat melodies, feel-good lyrics, and dynamic voice. In 2015, Kelandy debuted his first solo project, “Have A Little Faith,” which gained listener acclaim and charted on all the major radio stations in Hawai‘i. He followed up with the upbeat jam “All Love” and all-star collaboration “I Found You” featuring Josh Tatofi and Fiji in 2017. In 2018, Kelandy released his first EP, “Love Revolution,” produced by Lapana Ieriko at Live Animaux Studios. The album highlighted his musical dexterity, with cheerful anthems like “Love Revolution” and “Brighter Days,” romantic melodies like “Adore” and “Take My Time,” and Dub cuts like “Lit.” In 2019, Kelandy released the hit summer anthem “Party On The WKND,” which quickly became a party-goer favorite. The single was an instant hit, earning a #1 spot on the Island Countdown and a nomination for “Male Artist of the Year” at the 2020 Island Music Awards. With over 260K streams on Spotify and 110k views on youtube, the single was considered the “biggest song in local music in 2019” (KITV4, 2020), solidifying Kelandy’s future in island music and earning him a spot on the line-up of a 21-city sold out tour with Hawaiian Reggae giants Maoli. Riding the success of his hit single, Kelandy continued to tour internationally, performing at festivals in Singapore, Africa, The Middle East, Guam and Palau. The 2020 year was set to be an exciting one for Kelandy as he embarked on the “Peace Love and Aloha Tour” with Rebel Souljahz and Vana Liya.  However, due to the global crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the last three shows of the sold-out event were cancelled. Now that Covid is over Kelandy has already released a chart topping EP Ooh Baby and his latest single Sun and Moon is currently on rotation in Hawaii Radio Stations. With over 50k subscribers on Spotify Kelandy has reached over a 1 Million streams and will be hitting over a Million streams on his last three singles. Kelandy is currently in Las Vegas recording his album and is set to release a plethora of much awaited music. Kelandy will be on tour in the beginning of August with a Hawaii Tour and will be on tour with The Green and Natural Vibrations in late August. Stay Tuned!
